Is It Normal For A 6 Week Heart Rate To Be At 109bpm?

The doctor said normal is 120-140bpm. But upon researching normally it must be 90-110 or 100-120. If I will consider my research 109 bpm is normal. Ano kaya talaga? Sympre we are all worried kapag ganito. Can yoy share your views? Thanks in advance
