Can I not take aspirin?

Doctor prescribed aspirin and duphastone for me after telling him I had 2 chemical pregnancy which last 5-6 weeks. But I read online that aspirin isn’t safe to the baby. I am only 7 weeks pregnant. Can I skip this?
