Do your children experience seasonal allergies brought on by the rainy season here in the Philippines?

My 7 y/o nephew experiences seasonal allergies. Oftentimes, the symptoms are continuously sneezing, nasal congestion, runny nose as well as formulation of dark/reddish circles in the eyes. Usually, it goes off during noon time but it occurs during early morning and evening. During this season, we usually let him wear a mask everyday whenever he goes out to reduce exposure to allergens and have him drink lots of water.

Our pediatrician confirmed that the flu which our baby acquired was due to weather transition: from summer to rainy season and also an allergy. She gave us sea water spray (Sterimar) for the baby.
