Since your wife already taking iron supplement, it will pass to baby through breastmilk. Never feed baby under 1 year old with any vitamins or supplements as this will burden their little kidney. If you feel there is any concern for your baby, e.g. anemia, you should consult PD first before you feed your baby iron supplement.
