Did you start calling your in-laws mom/dad after you got married? I've been married 2 years and I still find it awkward to do so!

Nope. Awkward pa din feeling ko kahit 11years na kami mag bf. I just call them Bae and Mamay, native call for grandma and grandpa.

You'll eventually get the hang of it. I started calling them mom/dad even before marriage so i sort of got used to it.

To my FIL, I started calling him daddy when my husband and I got married. But to my MIL, it took me more time hehe

I've stared calling my in-laws mama and papa earlier, when my wife and I were still bf and gf. :)
