FTS , NIPT (Harmony) or Both?

Did u do FTS, NIPT or Both? What were your considerations? I heard some mummies told me about high risks in FTS and had to do NIPT thereafter. When i went for counselling at KKH, i end up choosing both tests because: 1) FTS checks for structural defects which NIPT didnt 2) Possible risks of no results for NIPT 3) Missing timeline in event of point 2 4) High risk pregnancy due to age above 35 and twins
