I've been consuming for 7 mths now. Had a miscarriage last year Sept. Been trying ever since. I too am consuming MamomHope. This is my 3rd bottle.
I started eating about 2 months before conceiving. Not sure if it helped but now currently 10 weeks pregnant and everything is good :)
