Hi mommies, okay lang po uminom nang Erceflora while 6 months preggy?

Hey sis, Erceflora is generally safe during pregnancy kasi it's just probiotics, maraming preggy friends ko na nag-take din habang pregnant at okay lang. For diarrhea lasting 2 days pa lang, it should help, pero if it goes beyond 3 days or gets worse, better check with your OB na para sure, especially since you're 6 months in, walang harm sa peace of mind!
