Is this diaper rash?? My baby is only 2 weeks old and we have been diligently changing his diaper every 2 to 2.5hrly, irregardless whether is it soiled or not...
Worried if it is an allergic reaction or something. Have also been applying lucas papaw to prevent diaper rash..
