Uy mama, I'm sorry you got diagnosed with GDM, napaka-stress talaga yan during pregnancy. A few of us in my mom group had GDM din, and honestly ang importante talaga is to check with your OB about what happens after you give birth kasi some moms' glucose levels go back to normal, while iba naman need to monitor pa rin or manage it like pre-diabetic. Your doctor can order blood tests postpartum to see kung babalik ka sa normal or kung kailangan ng lifestyle changes like diet at exercise, so don't worry na ikaw lang, just make sure to follow up with your doc after delivery at i-monitor ang glucose mo.
