Abdominal pain with headache at 7+ weeks boleh be hormonal or gastrik-related memang, tapi since it's quite severe, better you see doctor lagi untuk peace of mind lah, sometimes pregnancy pains need proper checking to rule out anything else, especially if it's affecting your head also. A few of my mum friends experienced gastrik flare-up during early pregnancy (hormones memang wreak havoc on digestion!), but the headache part ada yang kena pergi balik klinik untuk recheck. Makan small meals frequently and stay hydrated, but honestly if it continues jangan delay, better safe than sorry when you're preggers kan.
