Hi mga momsh. Ask lang po kasi 11 days delayed po ako with cramps din po. Ano po kaya to?

Mama, I know how scary that feeling is, pero kailangan mo talaga makakuha ng pregnancy test or go see your doc ASAP, lalo na may cramps ka. Hindi ko ma-say kung ano exactly ang happening, pero 11 days delayed plus cramps could be several things, and your doctor lang talaga ang makakatulong properly. A few of my mum friends nag-panic din dati thinking the worst, pero turned out it was hormonal or stress lang. Better safe than sorry though, go get checked out!
