I really feel you on this -- choosing the first preschool is such a big decision and it can feel so overwhelming when you are just starting out. I don't have direct experience with those three specifically, but honestly for playgroup level, I would say visit each one in person and see how the teachers interact with the little ones, because at that age the warmth and environment matters so much more than academics. My girl was quite shy when she first started, and what made the difference was really the teacher-child relationship, so trust your gut when you walk in. Maybe also ask each school about their curriculum approach and class sizes so you can compare properly lah.
