Diarrhea @ 3 months old

Question

Dec 28- nagpupu siya more than 5 which is not normal po sa everyday pups niya.De 29- (AM) ire siya ng ire,iritable at iyak ng iyak. Dinala namin siya sa pedia para macheck at nabigyan naman ng gamot. Nagpa fecalysis din. Findings is many bacteria other than that.Dec 30- start niya ng antibiotics. Umokey naman pups niya. After 3days repeat fecalysis kami.Jan 3- repeat fecalysis findings many bacteria pa din.. nagpacheck up kami ulit sa pedia niya na talaga.. yun pa din ang gamot nag twice a day lang sa antibiotics. After niya makainom nagpups siya ng dalawang magkasunod. May bahid ng dugo.. anyone na naka-experience nito? Fullterm breastfeeding.  Super worried lang. Bukas ipapa fecalysis naman ulit namin siya.

Ay nak, I can hear how worried you are, that's completely normal when our babies aren't well. Since your pedia is already monitoring her closely with repeat tests and antibiotics, that's the right track, pero given the blood in her poop at persistent findings, please don't wait, bring her to the clinic or ER today if she seems worse, gets more irritable, or stops feeding well. Blood in stool, kahit konti lang, needs urgent eyes-on assessment, hindi lang follow-up tests. You're doing everything right na, fecalysis, pedia check-ups, following meds on time. A few of us mums have gone through bacterial infections at ganitong stage, and it is scary, but consistent medical follow-up like yours makes the difference. Keep breastfeeding, stay hydrated, and trust your pedia, pero lean on that urgent visit if anything changes. You've got this, mama.
