Dear all, what should I do if my 21 months old got a tiny ulcer on his lip? As normal ulcer cream is only for age above 7yr old. Please advise

Is the ulcer hurting him or causing him to not eat or drink? If yes then I'll bring him to the doctor.

    No pain. still eat n drink.

    I usually apply some coconut oil.
