Anxious about gaining too much weight?

Dear mummies, I'm 19 weeks 3 days today and have gained almost 5kg so far. The weight just seems to be piling on! How much weight have you gained by this point? My doctor already told me to cut down and lose weight when I had gained 4kg. #firsttimemom

I forgot how much I gained at 19 weeks but….. I gained 18kg over 40 weeks of pregnancy 😪. But I think it depends on prepregnancy weight cause my gynae didn’t mention anything about cutting down. I was 60kg at birth.
