Registration at Goverment Hospital

Dear all mummies, I'll checked up n follow up my pregnancy at private hospital, my private doctor also advised me registered at government hospital as well just incase anything happen, so procedure macam mana ya? Maksudnya saya kena check up both hospital as well ?
