Braxton hicks in 36weeks?

Aih, at 36 weeks dah boleh rasa Braxton Hicks, it's totally normal for first pregnancy! Braxton Hicks usually tidak sakit sangat, datang-pergi je, and hilang kalau you move around or minum air, tapi real contractions akan consistent, painful, dan makin rapat. A few of us tried timing them, kalau truly regular and getting closer together every few mins, plus ada bloody show or water breaking, that's when you need to call the hospital, but honestly kalau you're not 100% sure mana yang mana, better call your doctor or midwife to check, sebab they can tell immediately and put your mind at ease!
