Dear mommies, anyone mind sharing the recovery of your episiotomy wound.. i underwent restitch on Day 15 and now its my day 9 of restitch. Feels pain still and cant ambulate properly. :( does it usually take this long to recover.
😩 So sorry to hear you have to underwent restitch on day 15. Is this your first episiotomy? I remember mine took about a month (no restitch) to feels better for my first birth. Try to lay side ways to minimise the pain as sitting hurts. I even bought something like float to sit on 😢 get well soon
