Cervical polyp at 8 week pregnancy

Dear all, My gynae just found a cervical polyp which could be the cause of my bleeding/ spotting. I have been experiencing bleeding / spotting since week 6 despite the twice weekly hormone jabs and duphaston 3 times a day. I read about cervical polyp and found that it can be quite a worrying condition. Just wondering if anyone has similar experiences. Thank you very much in advance.
