dear exclusive pumpers, is it possible to exclusively pump for one year, or will the supply drop as the weeks go by without direct latching? what is your experience like? I find that although my pumping routine is the same, my supply is dropping, and I would like to find out if it's possible to pump for a long time. my baby refuses DL unfortunately

I did exclusive pumping for 1 year +, my supply didn’t stop for the year. Healthy diet and lots of water helps in maintaining the supply. And fish. I pump every 4 hour.
