Aww I totally get this, a few of us have the same thing, where the monitor reading shoots up but manual BP is fine, and the docs say it's just white coat syndrome! Since you've already done all the thorough checks (thyroid, CT scan, echo, ECG, Holter, you're cleared!), it's really just your body being a bit jumpy in that clinical setting, which is super common especially when you're already anxious about it. Maybe next time try some deep breathing before they take the reading, or ask if you can sit quietly for a few minutes first, honestly, just knowing there's nothing actually wrong can help ease the anxiety loop a bit. That said, if you're ever worried about it, just mention to your doctor that you'd prefer manual BP checks at appointments so everyone's less stressed!
