first regla after panganak

Ay totoo yan, mama! First few weeks after birth talaga yung bleeding is super heavy, kinda like a heavy period times ten, kaya don't panic kung parang grabe. A few of us struggled to tell kung when ang actual period na versus ang normal postpartum bleeding pa lang, honestly! Usually kung formula-fed ka agad, balik ang period around 2-3 months, pero if breastfeeding, pwedeng mas matagal pa, some mums didn't see theirs for months. Yung thing is, once it comes back, yes, heavy talaga ang first one or two, some of my mum friends said sobrang dami ng dugo at matagal, pero after that usually nag-normalize na. Kung nag-aalala ka na sobrang much ang bleeding or may weird signs, definitely worth checking with your OB lang to be safe, pero mostly normal lang yan sa postpartum.
