Since the Hb is still dropping even though you're taking the iron faithfully and the nurse noted the blood colour looks concentrated, this really needs a proper follow-up with the doctor, bisa jadi ada something else going on, like absorption issue or heavy bleeding yang tak obvious, and dia kena investigate further instead of just adjusting dosage. A few of us went through low Hb during this season too, and kalau makan ubat tapi still turun, usually ada underlying reason that needs checking, so don't delay the follow-up okay mama? You're doing great taking it seriously, jangan give up!
