37weeks now...

Dah 37w, 4 hari termasuk Harini rasa sakit perut yang on off je , ngam pula esok jumpa pakar , agak2 kalau bagitau pasal ni Dr terus cek CTG tak ? Kiranya yang saya rasa ni contraction palsu ke ? kalau tahun lepas masa kena warded semua pantau kat sana , tapi kali ni kena pantau kat rumah jadi saya keliru , kejap rasa sakit.. pastu salam 5 atau 10min ok balik.. lendir pula keluar yg MCM mucus plug je , takde campur darah ke apa .. duduk lama sakit pinggang , berdiri lama sakit perut , tidur skrg jangan cakap , tak tentu kadang mata sampai taknak tido 😂 baby gerak okay , siang dia kurang sikit , tapi bila malam sampai ke pagi kol 1 atau 2 baru dia aktif sangat sangat dh MCM tukar waktu tido pula si adikbaby ni 😂 mengeras pun ada rasa juga.. cuma.. tak sakit.. tapi selalu rasa

Sayang, based on what youre describing, the on-off tightening that goes away on its own, the backache, and the irregular timing, it does sound more like Braxton Hicks, which is basically your uterus practising for the real thing. The key thing to watch is whether the contractions become regular, grow stronger and closer together, and dont go away when you change position or rest, thats more likely true labour. The mucus plug coming out is normal at this stage, though if you see any fresh bleeding or the pain becomes consistent every 5-10 minutes without letting up, please dont wait for tomorrows appointment. Bagus sekali youre seeing your pakar esok, do mention everything, the tightening, the mucus, the sleep changes, semua sekali, and Im quite sure the doctor will check your cervix and possibly do a CTG to give you a clearer picture. As always, your own pakar knows your history best, so trust whatever they advise after the examination ya, take care!
