Nipple cream

Currently using this medela Lanolin nipple cream anyone know need to wipe off when breastfeeding or is it safe for baby? #firstmom

Don’t need to wipe off. However, up to your preference and I personally prefer to wipe off with nipple wipes before pumping or latching baby.
