It is okay to start early rather than start late. By the time you reach your third trimester, you will waddle like a penguin. Walking is my number one exercise while I was pregnant. And let me tell you, it helped me reduce labour hours. Also, I heard that to help ease the agony, is to have coitus with your partner.
Its okay po. I've been recommended by my OB to use walking as my daily exercise since 2nd trimester. Aiming for normal delivery rin kasi kami. 😊Still doing so until now, 29 weeks pregnant, medyo hingal lang ng onti. 😆
