Both are solid choices lah. KKH private has the advantage of being a big public hospital so you've got all the facilities on-site if anything comes up during labour, but Thomson is more boutique and some friends say the experience feels more personal with shorter wait times. Since you're only 13 weeks, I'd suggest sitting in on a consultation or two with a gynae from each place to see who you click with, because honestly the doctor-patient fit matters more than the hospital when it comes to pregnancy care. Also check what's covered by your insurance at each, because private fees can add up fast especially if you need interventions during delivery.
