4days of period usually my period is only 3days will you help me to know why?

Hey mama, ang period cycle natin talaga ay pwedeng mag-vary a bit, especially if stressed ka, may diet changes, or kahit pagbabago ng routine lang, a few of us moms noticed our flow gets longer or shorter depending sa season or kung gaano kami katired! One extra day is honestly pretty normal and nothing to worry about usually, pero if it becomes a pattern na different from your normal or may cramping na sobrang sakit, better check with your doc lang para sure, yung peace of mind is worth it diba?
