Ano pong iniinom nyong ferrous sulfate??

Ah sis, honestly a few of us tried ang generic ferrous sulfate from Mercury, tapos ang feedback was mixed, some say okay lang, pero maraming complaints about stomach upset at ang dose na 65 mg is kinda low for heavy anemia cases. One of my mum friends swears by looking for higher-potency options or asking her doctor kung may better absorption formulations available locally, kasi parang nakaka-frustrate kung mababa lang ang effect tapos ang side effects pa.
