TTC- can folic acid help us ovulate po?

Curious lang po ako if folic acid helps us ovulate. I started taking it po in October 2023 tas nabuntis po ako January 2024. Not trying to conceive pa po ako nun pero planning na. We use protection and withdrawal/pull out method po that time. Curious lang po ako since I have irregular period din and not sure if possible dahil sa folic kaya ako nabuntis. Btw, I had a miscarriage po due to BO after 3 months. I want to continue the folic acid and try to see if it helps.
