Just curious, but do you hand express the residual milk in your breast after each pumping session?
Not sure how I developed this habit, but I just do. Not sure if it is common, but if it is, is it necessary?
I'm going back to work soon, and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to squeeze my boobs dry back in office 😅#1stimemom #advicepls
