Eh akak, soalan ni memang confusing sikit but I get what you're asking, about using blood donation records or derma darah benefits untuk bayar hospital bills kan? Honestly tak sure kalau ada direct connection between donation records and government hospital class 1/2/3 payments, maybe you kena check directly with the hospital's financial department or patient services counter sebab rules boleh berbeza-beza depending on the hospital. A few of us tried asking at our local gov hospital but dapat answers yang different-different, so better you call or go in person to clarify, sorry I can't be more helpful on this one!
