CS mommies! Best post natal band you've tried?

Hi mama! Honestly, a few of us sa mommy group namin swear by the belly bands from Lazada and Shopee, may mga local brands na sulit talaga and comfortable, hindi nakakahikab like the expensive ones, haha! I used mine for about 6 weeks after my CS and it really helped with the back pain and feeling of support habang gumagalaw, kaya worth it talaga. Marami ring available sa Watsons and SM if gusto mo makita in person bago bumili, mas safe rin para sa fit. Good luck with your recovery, mama!
