Okay na yan after 3 months, especially since you're not direct latching kaya mas mabilis ang healing, pero best talaga to check with your OB muna before going, just to make sure ang incision mo ay fully healed na talaga. A few of us CS moms sa circle ko nag-rebond around 3-4 months din, and honestly it felt SO good to have that "me time" ulit after being stuck sa recovery mode, kaya go ahead if you get the all-clear from your doc!
