Yes generally safe to eat during pregnancy. It’s a source of vitamin c, a, folate and fiber. If can eat try fresh first. But if really craving - go ahead with dehydrated mango during pregnancy. But be careful if you has GD cause of the high sugar intake. Keep to only 3-4 slices n choose brand with less added sugar or sulfites.
