Honestly, ang mga symptoms mo (cramps, back pain, spotting, discharge) can go either way, alam ko ng friends na ganyan din, tapos delayed lang sila dahil sa stress or hormonal imbalance like PCOS, pero may iba din na super early pregnancy talaga pero ang test ay negative pa lang because it's too early pa for the hormone to show up properly. The brown spotting then turning red is tricky kasi it could be leftover from a very early miscarriage, or it could just be irregular bleeding from hormonal changes. Since two weeks na kayo and ang symptoms are still there, I think it's best to follow up with your OB, they can do a blood test (way more accurate than urine tests, especially early on) or an ultrasound to see what's actually happening, basta sure na kayo. Wag mag-worry muna, pero don't wait pa-long either, okay?
