If you have a very high fever, cough, flu. Better to seek medical needs to check. Alternatively if they ask you stay home and get rest as well as taking medication then do it. Chances of being in isolation ward depend on doctor/gynae/hospital. Because you will be alone and away from everyone else in the ward as you are pregnant. If you are taking supplements, vitamin then do take it as per you usual does to boost your immunity.
