Cough and blocked nose. Any remedies. Lo 19mth

Honey works well for my boy when he has cough. For flu, usually doc gave Zyrtec. I will apply baby Vicks on his sole and chest so he is able to sleep well thru the night.

Sterimar plus iliadin drops, cough might be due to backflow of mucus. Zrytec is more for allergies or running nose, as it is antihistamines.

I paste the santecare breathe easy patch on my kids' pillow when they have blocked and it does help them to rest better.

Warm chicken soup is good. Try to raise baby's mattress so that LO can breathe easily. Warm steamy baths help too.
