At 3 months old, their airways are still so tiny, so it is always better to get it checked sooner rather than later. I would bring your little one to the PD or polyclinic as soon as you can, just to rule out anything serious and get proper guidance. Please don't wait too long, especially if you notice any fast breathing or the cough is getting worse.
