Is this Tantrums?

Is it considered as tantrums when my child is trying to hit her head with her own hands? I don't know why she is doing it. But I noticed that she's doing it whenever she is feeling upset or mad. What should I do to avoid this? What should I teach her? #1stimemom #firstbaby
