That said, I'd still suggest calling them directly to ask about the nanny's background and whether they do a matching process, since the fit between you and the nanny really matters more than the agency name. It's also worth checking if they have a backup nanny policy in case your assigned one falls sick, which is something a lot of parents overlook when signing up.
