Do you conduct "orientation" with your new helper?

Wala pa akong helper sa ngayon pero mag oorientation talaga kami. I-di-discuss ko yung mga house rules naming lalo na sa pag aalaga sa bata. Ipapa-alam ko din sa kanya kung ao ang mga hindi pwdeng pasukin at hindi pwedng galawin sa loob ng pamamahay naming.

In my mom's house, I let her orient the new helper because I don't want to hear her complaining later on. I have instructed her to set the expectations of both parties from the beginning to avoid conflicts in the long run.
