It seems the key here would be to communicate and understand what his issues are with changing. My personal view is that if you are able to convey the reasons properly and help him to understand that these changes are for the benefit of you and the baby after being born, it's reasonable for him to make such a small change. You can suggest that if the crib isn't beside you at night then he'll have to bottle feed from his side ;)

Could it be he is afraid by shifting the bed will hurt the baby since you're pregnant now or he is afraid you may fall off from the bed? If his side of the bed is not against the wall, is it possible to change with him? Check with him what's in his mind. Perhaps he will agree to shift the bed after you give birth.
