Ay alam ko yan, first-time pregnancy worries talaga! Based sa results mo, the moderate bacteria and higher WBC (10-25) compared sa dati mo (2-5) does suggest possible UTI, lalo na with the turbid urine, a few of us moms had similar results and kailangan talaga ng antibiotics para hindi mag-complicate during pregnancy. Hindi ka dapat maghintay until next month kasi UTI can lead to serious stuff if left untreated; better to call your OB ngayon or visit a clinic para sure and para ma-prescribe ka ng safe antibiotics for pregnancy, okay? Don't worry, UTIs are super common sa pregnant moms and very treatable, pero really, get checked ASAP lang para peace of mind mo at safety ng baby.
