we could get colds and cough through airborne viruses and allergens. what we could do is: -mapalakas ang immune system by giving vitamin c with zinc. -clean environment. as per pedia, linisin ang kwarto at aircon (kung meron). -follow proper hygiene. always wash hands bago hawakan si baby lalo na kung may colds and cough ang adults. kung maaari ay magfacemask. -wag labas pasok si baby sa airconed room due to change in temperature.
