Uy mommy, yan talaga ang UV sterilizer, walang mainit kaya safe lang sa plastic bottles, pero yung sterilization mismo hindi mo makikita kasi it's the UV light doing the work, hindi the heat! Honestly a few of us tried it and we just had to trust the process kasi based sa specs niya talaga effective siya even without high heat, the UV light kills the bacteria and germs, kahit parang "wala lang nangyari" ang feeling mo. For the dryness issue, some moms namin nag-try na mag-leave ng bottles inside longer or i-open pa lang after the cycle para mag-air dry pa ng konti, kasi sometimes the 41 minutes autro cycle with dryer ay hindi talaga fully dry depending sa bottle design mo. Maybe check the manual din if ano ang best practice for your specific model, pero generally yan ang normal siya, walang heat, pero ang UV ang gumagana!
