Our children’s first 1,000 days is a really critical time of their lives. Why? During this time kasi, the brain grows more quickly than at any other time in a persons life so our children need the right nutrients at the right time to feed their brains rapid development. Totoo yan! Those first 1000 days talaga ay game-changer, napakabilis ng brain development kaya ang nutrients, breastfeeding, vaccines, lahat importante talaga. A few of us moms in our circle nag-commit rin to the same routine kasi nakita namin talaga how much it matters sa development ng babies, parang investment ito for their future. Excited din ako sa Bakuna Real Talks on August 26 kasi mukhang may magandang insights doon about vaccines, at para sa lahat ng mamas na may tanong pa, definitely worth watching!
