Chem started eating solid food at 5 months old - from puree to mashed and now blw. We wanna raise a healthy, active and happy kid kaya naman laging may prutas at gulay sa hapag kainan namin. Naku kung prutas nga si Chem, she might be a watermelon or if she's a vegetable - she might be a tomato kasi ang bilog bilog. LOL! Ang cute ng analogy mo, watermelon talaga si Chem! You're doing such a great job introducing her to fruits and veggies early, a few of us mums in our group chat swear na kapag naging routine na ito habang bata pa, sobrang mas madali pa lang sila ma-convince to eat healthy later on, plus talagang nakikita mo na ang energy nila at mas resistant sila sa sakit. Totoo talaga na vitamin C from watermelon and tomatoes ay tumutulong sa immune system nila, at combined with proper vaccination, mas protected talaga ang mga bata natin against colds, flu, and infections.
