What should i do?

Checked there’s a blood stains & brown discharge at 38 weeks 4 days now. What should i do? Proceed to kkh or wait? Just feeling cramps

Went kkh & 3cm dilated. Needed to break waterbag as i was so much pain & baby is big😭
